How does billing work, is there auto-debit?
No auto-debit and no lock-in. You pay once per term, quarterly or yearly, and when the term ends it simply doesn't renew unless you choose to. No surprise charges.
What's the difference between quarterly and yearly?
You get the same full product either way. Yearly is billed once a year at a lower per-seat rate, roughly half the cost of paying quarterly across a full year. Quarterly is billed every three months if you would rather commit for shorter.
Are the features really the same on every plan?
Yes. Solo, Team and Business all include the entire product: the composer, the scheduling queue, the monthly content planner, post agents, company pages, engagement, analytics, the Copilot and the MCP server. You only pay less per seat as your team grows.
Do you charge in INR? What about GST?
All prices are in Indian Rupees. The listed prices are GST-exclusive; GST is added on your invoice. We accept UPI, RuPay, Indian cards, and netbanking, no forex.
Can I add or remove seats mid-term?
Yes. Add seats any time, they're prorated for the rest of your current term. Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal.
Is Canopy safe for my LinkedIn account?
Canopy publishes through official channels at the pace you set. Nothing schedules without your approval: agents draft, the planner proposes a month, and you approve before anything goes out. Engagement replies are suggestions you review, and company-page permissions are re-verified before Canopy schedules to a page.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free, no credit card required. The trial covers the whole Banyan account, so OutPilot is in there too if you want to try outreach alongside content.
I run an agency or manage several company pages. Which plan?
The Business tier (10+ seats) is our lowest per-seat rate. Company pages are first-class in every plan: each page keeps its own voice and brand theme, and you can manage several pages from one workspace.
